1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Certain items such as software, digital products, personal care items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at techsikder@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. We will send you the correct item at no additional shipping cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
